Our first visit is Rissani, an imperial city where the founder of Morocco’s current ruling dynasty was born and raised. Stroll through its traditional souk near the ksar and admire the authentic architecture. Next, we stop for coffee and a leg stretch in Alnif before continuing through arid landscapes to Tazarine and then Nakoub.

    Here, enjoy a light lunch at a local restaurant surrounded by desert scenery and palm groves. We arrive in Agdez by late afternoon, where the light fades over the Draa Valley’s endless date palms and ancient ksars. Tonight, you will stay in an opulent riad set within a traditional kasbah an ideal place to reflect on your unforgettable Sahara adventure before the final leg of your Moroccan journey.

    Day 5:Agdez ➝ Ouarzazate ➝ High Atlas Mountains ➝ Marrakech (6–7 hrs / 350 km)

    Following a tranquil breakfast in the quiet ambiance of Agdez, we begin our final chauffeured leg back to Marrakech, winding through the scenic Draa Valley past endless rows of date palms and ancient kasbahs. Our first stop is Ouarzazate, famously known as the “Hollywood of Morocco,” where numerous Hollywood blockbusters and African films have been shot. From here, we cross the magnificent High Atlas Mountains via the dramatic twists and turns of the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, which rises to 2,260 meters above sea level.
